Spectrum Mobile is actively hiring Call Center Reps. Our team works out of a newly renovated call center with sit-stand stations, upgraded breakrooms, a game room, and more. About the job: Our Customer Service Reps are subject experts for Spectrum Mobile billing. In this role, you are responsible for resolving customer questions about their mobile plans and connecting customers to sales, repair, or other support teams as needed. We offer set schedules, meaning your scheduled working days and hours stay the same weekly. Shifts are structured, with assigned breaks.

Shifts:

• Current openings are full-time, 40/hours per week.
• Schedules are determined during the offer stage.
• Shifts range from 8 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week.

Training:

• Eleven weeks of paid training.
