The Emerging Brands Team uses a top-down sales strategy to identify and engage with company leaders and decision makers - driving adoption of the full suite of ezCater solutions. Sales reps on the Emerging Brands Team use consultative selling to learn about the overall catering operations and goals of each brand to help corporate and franchise locations achieve their revenue goals. In this role you will gain experience in needs analysis and identifying opportunities for expansion revenue, hold discovery calls, deliver presentations and demonstrations, and take deals from qualified to closed through the sales process.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain internal and external reporting functions in an effort to streamline team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Strategic Accounts, Partner Operations, Marketing, and Menus teams to ensure new partners are supported and set up for success
  • Educate partners on insights and best practices for how to to best optimize their catering program
  • Build, develop and manage an accurate pipeline within our CRM Initiate continual follow-up while providing engaging content to keep prospects in an active sales process
  • Execute a consultative sales approach to identify caterer pain points that can be solved through our full suite of solutions
  • Own the onboarding process for high value emerging brands between 11-75 locations
  • Conduct effective sales presentations telling a compelling story, highlighting ezCater’s value proposition, while aligning with the potential CPs needs/wants

  • Uncover problem areas without direction, and rely on creative solutions
  • A data driven sales approach- look to data while making decisions, supporting arguments, and identifying trends
The national cash compensation range for this role is $107,000 - $125,000.
  • Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
