About The Opportunity

Our client is a trusted real estate investment management company that delivers the very best in modern apartment living.

They are looking for an individual who will be working on bridge funds, need someone comfortable working in a fast paced environment, dealing with relationships in terms of loans and agreements, reporting debt investment activity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports
• Facilitate completion of monthly close process
• Analyze revenue and expenses to ensure recorded properly on a monthly basis
• Full General Ledger maintenance
• Prepare or manage preparation of monthly financial statements

Requirements And Skills

• Detail oriented with great communication and organizational skills
• Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including, Word, Excel, and Outlook (including the calendaring function)
• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Accounting with 2-4 years of experience.
• Prior experience with Yardi & SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (Outlooksoft) is a plus
