Senior Accountant Jobs

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic team player who will assist our Director of Finance & Operations. This individual will perform a full range of professional accounting duties. This position is full time in office in Waltham, MA.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts receivable duties including invoicing, processing payments, depositing checks, credit notes, generating monthly statements and entering corresponding transactions into AX via journal entry
AR Aging management and customer interation
AP processing daily bills, bi-monthly expense reports, sales tax, etc.
Audit and annual tax filling support
Internal Controls (Sunshine Act)
Ad Hoc analysis
Month-end close support
Required Experience, Education, Skills And Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
5+ years of accounting/finance experience and strong general ledger experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
Microsoft AX Experience
