Job Description
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a services/technology company in Dedham, MA that is searching for a Senior Accountant to add to the team and help drive growth initiatives. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can interview immediately. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing company that offers competitive pay and excellent benefits. They are seeking candidates with experience in public accounting that are local, this job is mostly remote with occasional meetings in office.


The responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant will include but will not be limited to:


  • General ledger, assist with production and analysis of financial statements.
  • Assist with the month end close and perform adjusting journal entries for a variety of departments
  • Perform accounting for acquisitions and integrations.
  • Perform accounting and audit work in support of corporate.
  • Special projects as assigned.


The ideal candidate for the Senior Staff Accountant role should have experience that meets the following requirements:


  • Recent experience in public accounting
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • Recent experience with small to mid level accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
