Two years of experience, preferably in healthcare.

This position has the ability to work remotely on either a part- or full-time basis as determined by employer leadership.

Review screening forms and verify patient and insurance information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Educate patients on exam, test, or procedure preparation and address any related questions to ensure the best possible customer service.

Update patient records and maintain protocol documentation to ensure compliance.

Follow site-specific protocols and keep protocol documentation up to date.
