SCHEDULER AND PAYROLL CLERK:
CHIEF OBJECTIVES OF THIS POSITION
To deliver World-Class Event Production Services and Experiences to customers in a manner that will improve the Company’s efficiency and profitability, help achieve the Customer’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.
Reports to: Director of Finance/Information Service
General Responsibilities:
The Scheduler/Payroll Clerk’s responsibilities as they relate to Event Production, involve confirming part-time employee schedule requests, contacting PTE via crew calls, confirming actual work hours; attending internal meetings, and profit & loss reporting by project, as well as other related duties as assigned from time to time by the Company. The Scheduler/Payroll Clerk will maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the Company and a favorable image of the Company.
Scheduler Job Responsibilities:
  • Secures information by completing time clock audits.
  • Maintains leadership confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Review weekly payroll time clock entries to confirm they are in compliance with pre-set schedules.
  • Works closely with Department heads and coordinators to maintain schedules by using the TimeKeeper Portal.
  • Place and answer phones and emails, regarding schedules and confirm appointments, and input employee project/job info into company systems.
  • Process weekly payroll for hourly labor employees confirming accuracy and approvals.
  • Maintain compliance with part time employee policy, managing hours and labor assignments.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Organizes workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence and collecting schedule information.
  • Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
