Job Description
HR/PAYROLL/BILLING


  • Successfully onboards all new staff
  • Handles all access cards, IT needs, benefits, employee handbook policies, and any general HR needs
  • Manages all HR onboarding needs and requirements per OMH regulations
  • Responsible for new employee on-boarding as it relates to personnel files, training, orientation schedules, and training of non-clinical/non-patients related systems
  • Supports all billing needs, questions, and requirements and communicates effectively between front desk staff, intake manager, and leadership
  • Collaborates with administrative payroll and budgeting
  • Maintains all employee files via HRCloud
  • Ensures all supervisory minutes are organized and filed
  • Manages payroll for all administrative and clinical staff including hours, sessions, supervisory invoices
