Samples Manager Jobs

The Samples Operations Coordinator is a highly organized, self-driven, data-oriented individual with a demonstrated background in analytics and logistical coordination.
The Sample Department Manager leads and directly contributes to the efficient and effective sample department management and organization. Preparation, fulfillment and support of samples and other marketing materials needed to ensure the success of the department including all sample department process, photography and content management.
The Sample Department Manager Will

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall company processes, identify enhancements, alignment, and achieve goals on time.
• Oversee the photography process, setting priorities to meet deadlines maintaining and efficient flow.
• Create and maintain samples by factory and create all documents in all database.
• Determine the wholesale and MSRP, margin, costing and other requirements.
• Manage the team’s daily operations- coaching, developing and leading them to achieve department goals and objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, And Qualifications

• Assertive and cooperative with ability to motivate others to succeed.
• 3-5 years demonstrated experience in Samples environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, previous management experience required.
• Computer proficiency required, OMS knowledge a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Team player; Able to work with diverse group in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to think outside the box and provide solutions.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; and/or related work experience in lieu of degree
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Must have strong time management, multi-tasking and initiative and drive.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Highly proficient in Excel.

This is an onsite position. No hybrid or remote option is offered at this time.
