Project Manager Jobs

Our National eCommerce Retailer client is looking for a Creative Project Manager with leadership experience for a maternity leave assignment through Jan 2024. This opportunity is remote but open to local to South Florida candidates. The Project Manager candidate will have a background managing all aspects of video and broadcast production from preproduction to postproduction and delivery as well as experience leading and supporting cross-functional teams and a proven track record of managing project pipelines and creating schedules. The Creative Project Manager with Broadcast Production Management experience will also handle creative briefs, defining deliverables, and assessing the production timing to ensure successful deliveries on-brand and on-time.This is a 4–6-month contract assignment, 40 hours a week that is remote with some office visits. Candidates must be local to South Florida and be able to go into their Fort Lauderdale office occasionally.

Responsibilities:

• Review all briefs submitted and assign to Project Managers.
• Actively manage multiple projects at once and review how the work is executed, solving for efficient workflows by removing bottlenecks and gaps.
• Work with leadership team to ensure team is partnering and supporting efficiently and effectively.
• Allocate project resources and monitor team's work time and timesheets on a daily and weekly basis.
• Support the creative workflow by ensuring the team provides clear and concise direction to guarantee timely delivery.
• Lead daily/weekly status meetings.
• Create and maintain long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and project timelines, adhering to deadlines, KPIs and allocating resources per project using Workfront.
• Proactive leader and provide guidance to direct reports always reinforcing PM best practices and inspiring a positive and supportive work environment.
• Monitor and push for timely review and approval processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in all aspects of production from Pre-Production to Post and Delivery.
• High level understanding of linear TV, photo and video production/deliverable types.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience for photo, video, and TV in a media, in-house, or agency environment.
• E-Commerce and retail experience is a HUGE plus!
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be process driven and able to pivot based on project requirements and changes in scope.
• Experience with Workfront and Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
