Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing industrial and mechanical projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that will shape the future of our industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
• Manage project change requests and ensure that they are properly documented and approved
• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Strong understanding of industrial and mechanical construction projects
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
