Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, gathering user needs, and implementing Salesforce solutions with a specific focus on Field Service Lightning. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize field service operations by leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce CRM and FSL. This role requires a strong understanding of field service processes, FSL best practices, and proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Collaborate with developers and system administrators to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce CRM, Field Service Lightning, and other business systems.
- Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements in Field Service Lightning and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support the field service teams in maximizing the effectiveness of Field Service Lightning through ongoing enhancements and process optimizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Field Service Lightning functionality, working closely with technical teams as necessary.
- Analyze existing field service processes and identify areas for improvement, specifically related to Field Service Lightning functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, data integrity, and data quality in Salesforce CRM and Field Service Lightning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including field service teams, operations, and IT, to understand business requirements and gather user needs for field service operations.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CRM and Field Service Lightning to meet business needs, including setting up service territories, managing work orders, scheduling and dispatching resources, and optimizing field service processes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during user training and adoption of Field Service Lightning.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Field Service Lightning functionalities.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Field Service Lightning, including service territories, resource management, and work order management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Field Service Lightning solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of field service operations, including work orders, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management.
- Familiarity with data integration and data migration concepts in Salesforce.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on Field Service Lightning implementation.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
