Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business problems and gather business requirements for the supported business functions
  • Configure or develop solutions for multiple field based teams to integrate from secondary data sources to SFDC.
  • Ensures adherence to company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards, including those related to project management, software development life cycle (SDLC), and change control
  • Ability to understand the customer's business requirements and manages the relationship with them.


Skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or SFDC Automation tools
  • 2 years of experience with business functions such as: Marketing, Sales, Field-based organizations, etc.
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management or Business Analyst within the IT industry
  • Possesses exceptional written and oral communication abilities, demonstrating the capacity to effectively and concisely convey intricate information.
  • Experience with Salesforce Automation, Project management, Sales Analytics with Salesforce and/or Veeva
