Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) functionality. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions to optimize sales operations and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce CPQ solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, CPQ best practices, and proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during user training and adoption of Salesforce CPQ.
- Evaluate and document existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, specifically related to CPQ functionality.
- Collaborate with developers and system administrators to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce CPQ and other business systems.
- Collaborate with sales, pricing, and product teams to gather and document detailed requirements for Salesforce CPQ implementation.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs, including creating and managing price books, product bundles, discount schedules, and approval workflows.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ features and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Analyze business requirements and work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
- Support the sales team in maximizing the effectiveness of Salesforce CPQ through ongoing enhancements and process optimizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce CPQ functionality, working closely with technical teams as necessary.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and revenue management.
- Familiarity with data integration and data migration concepts in Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on CPQ implementation.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ, including price books, product configurations, and approval workflows.
- Must be a US Citizen
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ functionalities.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
