POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the oversight of the Salesforce Platform, Riskonnect, and administration of the Riskonnect environment in conjunction with the needs of the Shore Excursion process. This position will lead the efforts in overseeing the tour operator compliance with certificates of insurance, tour operator questionnaire, and marketing language in adherence to our policy, as well as serve as liaison with the GTO leadership and Account Managers with process and/or system enhancements, issues, and training. Furthermore, this position will be responsible for providing reporting to the Risk Management and GTO departments on a weekly, monthly, and as needed basis and utilize complex business systems to retrieve this data (i.e. Power BI).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include identifying process improvement opportunities and customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, validation rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, flows, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
• Work closely with Risk Management leadership and GTO members to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
• Develop process builders to support the design and development of Salesforce/Riskonnect solutions for our users.
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet our business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify solutions meet the business requirements.
• Provide support and onboarding for using integrations and packages added to the Salesforce org
• Use of DemandTools and native Salesforce features to ensure data integrity.
• Onboarding and off-boarding of Salesforce users (internal and externals).
• Remaining current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce based solution.
• Implementation and development of Phase II of Riskonnect for the GTO department (condensed email attachments, contract amendments, document archives, your costs and analysis, etc.)
• Collaborate with account managers to improve the accountability of tour operators and guest safety.
• Support Legal and Risk Management regarding legal cases and investigations.
• Work in lockstep with management in the incident management process. Analyze past incident data and comments for legal cases presented against the company. Track tickets, and investigation and work with account managers and account executives to receive reasonable responses from the TOs. Supports Legal and Risk Management in regard to legal cases and investigations and locating multiple years of comments through databases. Analyze Survey Monkey Reviews.
• Proactively look for process improvement opportunities within the department.
• Understand and uses system solutions to drive department efficiencies and improve safety.
• Provide operational support to the TOs with the Tour Operator Centralized Database, Riskonnect.
• Evaluate and manage TO compliance with insurance requirements, while working in conjunction with third party vendor CheckCOI.
• Documenting, evaluating, and auditing overall tour operator responsiveness and incident/comment frequency through ServiceNow, and communicates to management. Provides analytics to management for distribution and follow up internally and externally. Escalates trends and anomalies.
• Train team members, internal and external, in the use of the complex systems.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors required.
• Salesforce/Riskonnect Administrator and Salesforce certification highly preferred
• Strong excel skills
• Power BI knowledge required
• SQL, JAVASCRIPT, PYTHON, database knowledge preferred
• Comprehension of system development to meet needs of department
• Training and development of training materials to large groups on complex systems required
• Strong understanding of the salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform.
• The ability to gain a core understanding of GTO’s business processes and needs and subsequently assess impact on these processes of Salesforce changes requested.
• Analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify customizations across native and custom objects
• Understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong data management abilities.
• A positive attitude and proactive engagement in enhancing the Salesforce user experience
