Job Summary:
Responsible for developing, consolidating, and increasing sales volume within Puerto Rico and Caribbean Islands.
This role will perform the promotion of the strategic portfolio according to a consultative sales model, focusing on sales targets and segmentation strategy.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Establish Long-term and short-term objectives for their customers and execute promotional sales plans.
- Executes the sales process to cultivate and manage long-term relationships and seek out, qualify, and closing new sales opportunities.
- Participate effectively in events and congresses when required.
- Achieve and/or exceed the Sales Target ($ and units) stipulated by Sales Management
- Maintain good use and ensure proper maintenance of the company car, cell phone, laptop, iPad and any other work tool provided by the company.
- Respect company information confidentially and always comply with the Standards, Procedures, Conduct, and Ethics Policies
- Comply with the administrative requirements within the stipulated deadlines; be the first contact for the customers within their territory.
- Seeks to expand the CVI participation within all the accounts.
- Prepare and send, according to the frequency determined by Management, reports of visits, plans of work, Salesforce.com etc.
- Support on administrative matters related to the assigned customers (Customer Master Data maintenance, Collection actions, Customer complaints, etc.)
- Update customers database (ABC segmentation, SalesForce.com, Reports)
- Inform about any competitive actions and send it to their supervisor, for example: current market prices, new products, delivery times, promotional actions, and materials.
- Respect the current commercial policy.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive field sales experience
- Desirable experience in contact lenses and/or the pharmaceutical industry
- Highly valuable any experience in Central American countries
Education:
