Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in New Braunfels, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks associated with the role such as generating leads, consulting with clients, performing sales presentations, and closing deals. The Sales Specialist will also provide training to clients and sales team members, create and execute sales strategies, and manage sales accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales success record
• Experience in Insurance Sales or Property and Casualty Insurance is preferred
• Ability to manage and track sales pipeline, ability to identify key stakeholders and decision makers, and ability to develop and close sales opportunities
• Training and Sales Management experience
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
