Unit Description:
Entegra is seeking a Sales Specialist/Coordinator to join their team! The successful candidate will play an integral role in driving the strategic initiatives created by the business and senior leadership. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and is critical to the success of the sales organization.

Responsibilities are directly related to driving the strategic initiatives created by the business and senior leadership. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations and is critical to the success of the sales organization.

This is a 6 month contract with the potential to be extended and/ or become permanent. This is a remote opportunity!

Responsibilities:
  • Support the administration, creation, and publication of the business review process for the Select Sales team associated partners.
  • Support the processes used to align business units within the Select Sales team portfolio of business.
  • Engage with Sales Team members to ensure alignment of data and presentations.

The successful candidate will:
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to communicate effectively, can effectively demonstrate multi-tasking, ability to troubleshoot, excellent phone customer service skills, basic data entry skills, demonstrated relationship skills, demonstrated experience working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, take initiative and use independent judgment.

  • Provides support by gathering information for analysis, reports and correspondences.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
  • College degree strongly desired and/ or experience equivalent
