Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of sales enablement. This position will report into the Head of Marketing and be the conduit between Sales & Marketing.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Edit, proofread, and improve other writers' content to ensure a compliance with marketing styles.
  • Import and/or entry of targeted sales lists to Salesforce including ongoing updates on account opportunities, leads, revenue share, whitespace.
  • Sales Process as it relates to data, monitoring Salesforce for proper parent-child account profiles.
  • Generate and suggest new ideas to drive new sales initiatives.
  • Facilitate detailed needs assessments in coordination with the Field, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Services, Business Development, Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Operations
  • Own the day-to-day management of Salesforce.
  • Stay up to date with company, competition, and market developments.
  • Develop content aligned with the customer engagement strategy.
  • Create written content to arm sales team with case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and develop SharePoint site content, style, and layout to ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
  • Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials


Qualifications:


  • Technical aptitude to work with IT teams to get resolution of issues.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales: including commercial sales and marketing processes, as well as direct sales experience.
  • Some travel required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, frontline sales, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Proven ability in Salesforce required.
