- Presenting insights and findings to stakeholders and making recommendations for improvements.

- Staying informed on the latest trends and best practices in customer segmentation and audience analysis.
- Defining new audiences and customer segments aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Collaborating with the strategy team to inform overall enterprise strategy with segmentation and audience data.
- Leading ongoing training and development sessions on segmentation and audience strategy for internal teams.
- Working with internal stakeholders to define relevant segments based on their business objectives.
- Facilitating data-driven decision making across the organization.

- Experience in customer segmentation and audience analysis.
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar.
- Previous experience in a role requiring customer data analysis.
- Degree in Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
