Job Description

Overview:


The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by making outbound cold calls and emails to potential clients in the United States. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively identify and qualify sales leads. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Build a pipeline of sales leads through proactive research and prospecting
  • Qualify leads by identifying the client's needs, interests, and budget
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to present product or service offerings
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct outbound cold calling and emailing to prospective clients in the United States
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through training and self-study
  • Track all sales activities and update the CRM system regularly


Requirements:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
