Spanish/Portuguese Sales Development Representative Latam

No experience is required! Just the desire to kick start a career in technology sales (we have a very strong training program aimed at candidates with minimum experience but strong motivation and desire to learn)

• $4,000 performance bonus per year

• Work from home on Mondays & Fridays
• Base salary $46,000 per year
• Hybrid work from our beautiful Miami Lakes hub in 15500 New Barn Rd, Miami Lakes, FL 33014 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
• Starting salary OTE $60,000 per year!
• Work with cross-cultural teams in the UK, Spain, South Africa, New Zealand, and Philippines.
• Start date: August/ negotiable
• 20 days paid annual leave with the opportunity to earn up to 4 extra days off per year.
• On-target commissions $10,000 - $12,500 per year

What will you be doing

• Sharing market insights with the wider team gained through prospecting activity
• Learning the necessary tools to be able to succeed in the role; with a can-do attitude and an open mind to learning
• Build rapport & nurture relationships with C-level prospects
• B2B outbound outreach targeting ideal customer profiles on behalf of our technology clients with the aim to book qualified discovery meetings
• Researching using varied and creative techniques to identify business opportunities

• Excellent in Spanish or Portuguese and easily communicate with C-level decision makers across LATAM region
