Job Description
As part of the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Organization, the Sales Coordinator will support the global sales operation and ensure a flawless sales experience for guests. You will work closely with area leadership, Sales Associates, Vacation Club Guides, and other lines of business.


The Disney Vacation Club, Sales Coordinator will report to the Sales Support and Services Manager and sits in Lake Buena Vista, FL.


Responsibilities/You Will:


  • Maintain daily ops sheet and implement same-day movement strategy using company deployment system
  • Complete opening and closing checklists for Welcome Home Centers
  • Distribute inbound calls to the appropriate group, and monitor voicemails and group email inboxes
  • Correlate end-of-night Sales reports
  • Distribute sales tasks based on campaign or tactic
  • Open and close in-person interactions in Salesforce while maintaining and updating a sales lineup
  • Assign virtual tour requests while also distributing and reconciling tour incentives
  • Implement operational adjustments based on demand using established procedures and standards
  • Submit maintenance requests using HotSOS
  • Act as a first point of contact for Guest Service recovery
  • Communicate operational concerns and suggested process improvements to leadership
  • Provide support and direction to Sales Associates and Vacation Club Guides, while partnering with Sales Leadership
  • Monitor equipment and systems, advise appropriate departments with concerns, and notify partners
  • Lead the efforts of the sales operation through mini or large-scale projects, within technology, cruise, training, and incentives
  • Request security access for Open House visitors


Basic Qualifications/You Will Have:


  • Experience with high volume and fast-paced environment including fielding calls, general correspondence and other tasks as needed
  • Experience communicating with multiple lines of business and levels of leadership
  • 2+ years of professional experience, prefer experience as a Coordinator or Trainer
  • Ability to work effectively independently or within a team
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
  • Experience making decisions, problem-solving, and giving feedback
  • Outstanding Guest service skills with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Disney System Knowledge
  • Experience working in a sales or membership environment
  • Familiarity with Disney Vacation Club
  • Experience with MeRlin (Salesforce)


Required Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience


Preferred Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree
