Responsibilities:

• Manage payment collection and fees.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their specific travel needs.
• Stay up-to-date with tourism trends by attending travel seminars.
• Provide guidance to clients on transportation options, travel dates, costs, and suitable accommodations.
• Coordinate travel details including transportation, accommodation, and airline reservations.
• Maintain accurate client information and financial records.
• Plan vacations for various purposes such as leisure, destination weddings, sports teams, family trips, romantic getaways, group travel, and work trips.
• Resolve any travel-related issues, handle complaints, and process refunds.
• Make reservations for transportation and hotels on behalf of clients.
