We are seeking a dynamic, articulate and upbeat individual with demonstrated sales success. This position emphasizes consulting and relationship building and requires a self-assured and energetic telephone presence as well as the capability to convert leads into sales. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to correspond with clients by phone and email primarily, and enthusiastically help them navigate all aspects of travel planning for our yacht charters as well as custom and private land arrangements, following all bookings through departure. This role is Hybrid in our Clearwater, FL office 6 times a month typically every Wednesday and every other Thursday.

What you will be doing:
- Responsible for converting sales leads and opportunities; upsell and cross- sell available product.
- Offer and sell vacations, e.g. Pre/post, flights, boat type, etc. Manage relationships to book in guests.
- Listen and ask the right questions to discover the needs of each individual customer.
- Qualifying and disqualifying inbound leads in a high-volume environment
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the CRM- Hubspot- for successful transition to the Pre-Departure Support Team.
- Connect with prospective travelers and customers via phone, email, live chat, and others.
- Has a strong positive character and is used to dealing with pressure
