The Opportunity
The Sales & Client Relations Lead provides an elevated focus on client experience, conversion, sales journey and models such for other staff. The Sales & Client Relations Lead will assist the Studio Manager and Studio Director in day-to-day tasks that meet the guidelines set forth in the Policy and Procedure Manual for studio maintenance and operations. This is a part-time role that will report directly to the Studio Manager and Studio Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES other duties as assigned;
  • Demonstrates enlightened hospitality to all visitors and members, with a heightened focus on products and services that best fit clients needs.
  • High level focus on sales by selling and upselling product offerings, classes, and retail to potential clients and existing members.
  • Daily attention to studio sales KPI’s including revenue, attendance + conversion
  • Completes the above duties and responsibilities with a strong client focused presence during shifts.
Key Job Duties
  • Works a minimum of 20 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends.
  • Works together as a team with Studio Director, Studio Manager, Instructor Mentor, and entire West Village team to ensure that the day to day operations run smoothly.
  • Upsell and convert new and current clients to auto-renew/membership by utilizing the barre3 sales process + assigned follow up
  • Works peak shifts as designated by Studio Manager to engage with highest saturation of clients.
  • Builds strong client relations with barre3 clients by creating a warm and supportive environment.
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and organized studio atmosphere at all times.
  • Ensure that all new clients receive a new client tour and that they have booked their follow up visits on the current new client intro offer.
  • Assists in new client follow up via CRM system, email, personalized outreach, client referrals etc.
  • Supports Front Desk training of new staff and visiting franchise owners on an as-needed basis.
  • Works off site for events as needed.
  • Utilize the barre3 sale process to identify sales and non-sales opportunities for each class and educate the instructor on the client roster.

Requirements
  • Experience using Google Docs, Slack, client outreach tools such as LoyalSnap, Campaign Monitor or Flodesk preferred

  • Prior experience with booking platform MindBody preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
