Client Sales And Integrations Analyst

The Fesco Group’s Client Sales & Integration Analyst is responsible for processing, troubleshooting, and analyzing various EDI transmissions. The position involves working on a range of EDI transactions for existing and onboarding clients / trading partners. This person must be organized, excellent at time management and able to communicate status to multiple parties inside our organization and with clients.

Essential Job Duties

Skillfully implement customers from initial stage into live production.

Train new clients and manage entire customer setup lifecycle, serving as single point of customer contact.

Monitor files for delivery and receipt.

Assist in troubleshooting of EDI transactions and workflow.

Identify, analyze and communicate all exception errors to the appropriate parties.

Improve products by notifying development team of problems and making recommendations.

Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding billing and interface-related issues, and general customer concerns.

Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and a positive rapport with all customers. Perform other duties and short-term projects as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications And Skills

• B2B Consumer products background STRONGLY preferred.
• Excellent communication skills communicate effectively about technical details internally and to the client.
• Strong experience with Excel, Pivot Table and VLOOKUP.
• SQL Server Experience, preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; be able to quickly analyze and resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with CSV, EDI/X12 preferred.
