$80,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The General Manager is responsible for managing all operations for the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Able to fulfill all crew member duties as needed, both FOH and BOH
• Manage P&L, including troubleshooting to ensure budgets are met or beat
• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve guest complaints and issues
• Uphold all standards and policies of the brand, including SOP’s, health and safety
• Supervise, train, and coach staff; build team and motivate staff

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Local candidates only. No relocations
• Able to work under pressure with ease, especially during very busy meal periods
• 2+ Years experience as a General Manager in a fast-casual or fast-food restaurant
• Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Loyal and passionate about service
