What You'll Do
As a Research Recruiter & Database Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our research initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Database Development:

Manage, maintain, and enhance our panel database system.
Regularly update respondent profiles, ensuring accurate demographic information.
Source new panel members through various channels, such as social media and outreach tools.
Provide top-notch customer service to panel members, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.

• Research Participant Recruitment:

Collaborate with clients and researchers to understand project needs.
Source and screen candidates via text, phone, email, and online surveys.
Communicate project logistics with participants, ensuring their seamless involvement.
Schedule participants for research sessions and ensure timely delivery of incentives.
Maintain project expenses within estimated tolerances and provide post-project reports.

• Business Development Support:

Assist in managing social media activities related to the company's branding.
Contribute to the smooth functioning of our office operations.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Uphold the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
What We're Looking For
A certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree in related fields like Computer and Information Systems, Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Experience with online collaborative document and spreadsheet tools.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management tools.
