About Your Role
As an Renewals Manager, you’ll work within the post-sales team to manage the commercial relationship between Sendoso and its tech-touch cohort of customers. You will report into the Manager of Account Management.

As an Renewals Manager, you’ll work within the post-sales team to manage the commercial relationship between Sendoso and its tech-touch cohort of customers. You will report into the Manager of Account Management.
What You’ll Do
- Execute Sendoso’s sales and renewal processes to guide customers through evaluations.
- Communicate value to all Sendoso users, from end users to VP+
- Be a constant conduit to Product and Engineering for customer feedback and product steering.
- Variable goals will be based on retention and expansion
- Provide best practices for stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, recruiting, and HR.
- Set up trigger based outreach to both expand and retain customers
- Collaborate with other account team members, including Customer Success, Send Curation, Support, Onboarding, Customer Marketing etc.
- Create and implement a scaled approach to operationalizing 300-400 customer renewals
- You enjoy building things (processes, playbooks, motions) from the ground up
- The ability to leverage customer data to proactively engage with and sell to customers
- Experience in a startup or similar environment is strongly preferred
- Have managed a large volume of customers
- A track record of high sales performance - exceeding quotas, winning sales awards, etc
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS Renewals at scale/ Program Management experience
- An interest in technology - and the science and art of sales and marketing
- Highly organized and methodical
- You strive to be an effective internal and external communicator, with an ability to manage available resources to ensure the best possible outcome for both Sendoso and our customers
- Comfortable with getting creative and testing things out
- Analytical mind, ability to see the holistic approach to entire book of business
- You are motivated and organized, with a proven ability to create lasting customer relationships that deliver on desired outcomes
