Job Description
  • Bi-Weekly
  • A virtual assistant for a credit repair company in California is responsible for providing remote assistance to business management professionals. The job description may include the following tasks:
  • Data entry: entering data into spreadsheets or databases.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Virtual Assistant -
  • Salary
  • Proficient inMicrosoft OfficeandGoogle Suite
  • Bookkeeping and bill payment: keeping track of financial records and paying bills
  • Research: researching laws and market trends related to credit repair
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer service and liaison: answering calls, organizing email correspondence, and handling customer intake 1.
  • 401k
  • 2 weeks paid training in Los Angela's and Palm Spring locations
  • Invoicing: drafting and finalizing invoices for clients
  • Over three years of experience in administrative or executive assistant position
  • Travel coordination: coordinating travel plans and transportation rentals for the credit repair expert
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Scheduling and appointment reminders: managing schedules and appointments for the credit repair expert 2.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Website and social media management: managing the company’s website and social media accounts, including SEO blog posts and copy
