Virtual Assistant 10-15 Hours Per Week (Ic-Bs)

Key Responsibilities

• Research and Data Management: Utilize platforms such as Apollo.io to research companies and sift through data to gather relevant insights. Present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and meetings across multiple time zones using Google Calendars. Prioritize and coordinate appointments to optimize time management
• Platform Proficiency: Utilize LinkedIn, Google Drive, and Slack proficiently to manage documents, communicate with stakeholders, and store relevant information
• Collaborative Communication: Work closely with team members to facilitate effective communication through platforms like Slack, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
• Client Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, taking into consideration different time zones and availability. Ensure that all necessary information is communicated accurately
• Travel and Accommodations: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and necessary logistics for team members. Ensure a seamless travel experience and handle any adjustments that may arise
• Startup Culture Adaptation: Embrace and thrive in a dynamic startup culture, showcasing flexibility and an ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Outreach via LinkedIn: Reach out to companies and clients via LinkedIn to establish and maintain professional connections. Craft thoughtful and engaging messages to initiate conversations

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Availability for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, with potential for increased availability
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage calendars and schedules effectively
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Slack
• Prior experience in data management and research is a plus
• Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional outreach and networking
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
