As an Account Manager at our thriving company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' ongoing satisfaction and success. You'll join our dynamic account management team, where your creativity, curiosity, and dedication will be celebrated.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Building strong and trusting relationships with clients to understand their unique business needs and goals.
Ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction by providing expert guidance and support.
Taking a proactive approach to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client projects.
Collaborating with our delivery, support, and creative teams to enhance our services and deliver outstanding results.
Participating in proposals and pitches for new clients while maintaining the quality of service for existing ones.
Key Skills And Requirements
Minimum 3 years of account management experience, preferably in a digital agency.
Proven ability to act as a trusted consultant for top-level executives.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, websites, and SEO.
Familiarity with campaign strategy, digital advertising, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in popular website tools and CMSs, with WordPress expertise.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of understanding clients' unspoken needs.
Adaptability, problem-solving agility, and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive outlook.
Demonstrated business planning abilities, including account growth plans and revenue projections.
