Job Overview
As a Maintenance Technician with us, you'll have the unique opportunity to work through all areas of our facility, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. From the tire shredding line to the pyrolysis units and product finishing system, you'll be at the heart of our innovative process.
What You'll Do
Keep our facility in top-notch condition by performing ongoing maintenance and repairs on equipment.
Tackle a variety of tasks, including fixing machinery, handling plumbing, and working with wiring.
Contribute to emergency repairs and scheduled major maintenance projects across all departments.
Embrace our commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Skills in building, plumbing, and electrical repair will be necessary.
Wiring Experience (industrial 480 V) Is Required.
Welding experience (Mig and Arc) will be valuable.
Any fabrication or PLC experience is a big plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Prioritization and adherence to health and safety standards are essential.

Maryville, Missouri (In-facility only; remote work is not available)
Work Schedule
We value work-life balance and provide a 7 PM-7 AM shift pattern. This includes three days one week and four days the following week, with some on-call periods required. We'll also provide dayshift training before transitioning to your shift.
