• Schedule: (Regular) 8 hour shift 5 days a week anytime Mon – Saturday between 6:55 AM and 9 PM ET
• Pay Rate: $16.50/Hour
• Location: Remote (within an hour of Miami, FL – Dallas, TX – Houston, TX – or Tampa, FL)
• Position: Call Representative (Benefits Enrollment Specialist)
• Company: Fortune 500 Healthcare Company
• Start Date: 07/31/23 – 12/31/23 (Potential for permanent conversion based on performance)
• Schedule: (Training) Mon – Fri 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM (ET or CST based on your location)

salary: $16.5 - $16.51 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enrolling clients in benefits
• Troubleshooting issues
• Authenticating callers
• Handling high volume inbound calls (40+/day), some outbound
• Answering questions i.e. the difference between high and low plans; maximum contribution to HSA, etc.
