Overview A Call Center Scheduler is responsible for managing the scheduling of staff in a call center. This includes creating and maintaining schedules, ensuring that staff are available when needed, and making sure that all shifts are filled. The Scheduler must also be able to handle any scheduling conflicts that arise and be able to adjust schedules as needed.
