About The Role
The purpose of this role is to successfully convert prospects into long-term business relationships by enrolling more clients into our B2B membership services. This will be done through inbound calls.

NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
  • Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
  • Provide customers with exceptional customer service
  • Successfully convert prospects into long-term business relationships
  • Grow customer accounts through high ticket membership sales
  • Collaborate with the sales team as well and input ideas
  • Implement effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

  • You’re hungry to win
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • C1-C2 English
  • You enjoy competing while also collaborating with your team members
  • You have 1yr+ of B2B sales experience but want to level up your skills even further by training with the best
  • Must be able to take initiative and run with it and be “open-minded and teachable"
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer.

DISQUALIFIERS:

  • Have only worked setting appointments and not selling
  • Have less than 6 months of sales experience
  • Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your sales skills
  • Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only
  • Can’t take criticism or feedback

The Pay

  • $ Monthly Income Range (USD Commission Based) from
  • Commissions + Base Pay – Earn by Fixed Salary for the first 90 days, until commissions outperform your salary. Commission Based role after this.
  • $5,000 (Months 1-6)
  • You can expect to make around $60k-$150k per year

$10,000 (Months 6-12)
$15,000+ (1yr+)

  • Access to thorough sales training programs valued a $100,000+ worth of training materials with step-by-step processes to close deals.
