AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER / CLOSER

Responsibilities - Sales Manager / Closer:
  • Create an annual forecast and budget for the new car department
  • Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals
  • Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
  • Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
  • Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor/manage the sales team's progress and performance

Qualifications – Sales Manager / Closer:

  • Highline, Toyota and Lexus experience is a plus!
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
  • Auto Finance Manager or Sales Manager experience a plus!
  • 5+ years of Automotive Sales experience required
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
  • Professional appearance and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

  • Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
