Remote Accommodation Coordinator Jobs

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Planner to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with experienced travel coordinators to plan and coordinate travel arrangements for our clients. We welcome applicants with no prior experience or degree in event coordination, but who possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to arrangements
• Develop and distribute travel itineraries to clients
• Participate in evaluating travel success and provide feedback to the team and clients for future improvements
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Assist in researching and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
• Assist in managing travel budgets and ensure expenses are tracked and reported accurately
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all aspects of travel are being coordinated effectively

Requirements:

• Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Flexibility to work outside of traditional business hours, as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Mexico
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
