- Experience working and managing a Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot preferred)
- 1-3 years of quota carrying and closing experience
- Strong listening skills and understanding the value of asking effective follow-up questions
- Ability to be comfortable being uncomfortable
- Excellent organizational and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not essential
- Nurtured large quantity of opportunities at a given time (up to 100+ opportunities)
- Proven track record of success (activity, pipeline, closing, revenue)
- Experience hunting leads and driving new revenue
- Team-oriented mentality
- Have a “closer’s" mindset: Prospects need your product, and you know how to close the deal
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers in all verticals (i.e. Athletic Directors, Parks and Rec Directors, Club Presidents, Turf Managers, etc.)
- Consistently achieve and exceed new business goals and activity-based KPI’s
- Have a “hunter’s” mindset: Be focused on driving new business in your territory.
- Own your number - From lead generation to closed won (BDR Team assisting in top of funnel activity)
- Develop a qualified pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, presenting, and nurturing opportunities through a strong follow up cadence.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to travel in vehicle for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
