Lumondi is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team! We are the official distributor of the Luminox and Mondaine Brands in the U.S.
Luminox watches are designed for use by the strongest people, in the harshest outdoor environments and conditions to the degree that we are honoured to manufacture the official watch of the Navy Seals.
Mondaine, Swiss-made timepieces, represent the epitome of craftsmanship, minimalistic
and sustainable design. For decades, we have consistently maintained a responsible use of resources and searched for eco-friendly solutions and alternative materials. With our successful
track record, we continuously reduce our ecological footprint, step by step.
As our Sales Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Sales, managing all aspects of the sales experience for our clients, identifying opportunities and maximising business development. If you are an experienced and well-organised individual who feels comfortable working in a small start-up and dynamic sales environment with an international team, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
• Managing existing wholesale accounts within the region, focusing on business development, and effective management of sales activities in accordance with the established business direction
• Travel extensively throughout the region to ensure clients’ needs and sales objectives are met
• To maintain constant contact with VP of sales about sales, strategy, and planning for the region
• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies and business plans to drive profitable sales growth aligned with Lumondi's Mission Plan.
• Provide regular and ongoing training for all wholesale account team members
• Identify and explore opportunities to expand business opportunities and collaborate with VP of Sales to develop the region.
• Work on Projects and cross functional peers marketing, and supply chain to ensure execution of customer plans, new product launches, opportunities, and company challenges.
• To create and maintain appropriate reporting for management that will track and monitor sales and customer performance; initiate appropriate action to address underperforming clients and categories.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Your Qualifications:
• BA degree in a related field or at least 5 years proven experience in such a position
• Minimum of 5 years in similar position in a regional sales environment, ideally in the watch and/or jewellery industry
• Ability to connect and develop relationships and maintain key contact with clients, establishing sales plans and regular follow up
• Availability to overcome and plan the development of existing and future market
• Very good oral and written skills
• Be able to think and develop ideas “out of the box”
• Very organised with the ability to work autonomously in setting and achieving goals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
