Regional Operations Director - Vet Services

Novaris Search is currently partnered with a leading veterinary group in the search for a Regional Operations Director to join one of their growing regions.

As part of the leadership team for a well established and high performing group this position will oversee operational performance across +15 full service clinics.

Responsibilities:

• Working in collaboration with the medical team to ensure clinical standards remain high
• Up to 60% travel
• Driving revenue within each clinic
• Responsible for operational running of the practises
• Responsible for hiring and retaining Veterinary staff
• Supporting future growth, identifying new markets for launch and leading on aqusitions

Requirements:

• Multi-site leadership experience (preferred)
• Extensive operational leadership experience
• Bachelor Degree
