Minimum 5 years management experience in a healthcare setting

Specific skillset and hands on experience with Process Safety Management in high-hazard processes and low-hazard operations is preferred.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

Broad chemical/plastics manufacturing process and system knowledge (high-hazard experience and background preferred)

Perform research and analysis for the assigned program area; and prepare reports for use by executive management.

Implement Statewide initiatives and strategies which support engagement, and cooperation efforts with legislative leaders.

Serve as the Board’s and Zone’s senior staff liaison to the private sector community.

Serve as liaison to key strategic partners and ensure timely exchange of information regarding shared constituencies.

Provide training and support to various government entities, community boards and forums.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations management.

This position can be based in Nashville, Phoenix or remote but may require 25% of travel within their given market
