Robert Half is partnering with one of the nation's largest conglomerates in the home-services category in search of a Regional Brand Marketing Manager in the South Bend area. The Regional Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for facilitating, overseeing, and assisting in the execution of B2C & B2B marketing efforts for assigned brands within their specific region. By applying extensive knowledge of the brands under the conglomerate's portfolio, the marketplace, and marketing best practices, the Regional Brand Marketing Manager collaborates with marketing leadership and key stakeholders to develop integrated marketing plans, initiate campaigns, and coordinate the execution of marketing deliverables to fuel the growth of assigned brand(s).
PAY RANGE: $70,000 - $75,000 + $5k - $15k Annual Bonus Paid Quarterly
Success in this role is largely dependent on the hired candidate's ability to generate demand, grow a paying customer base, and proactively utilize a mix of integrated marketing strategies and tactics in both the digital and traditional spaces to further brand initiatives. Those with experience in acquisition marketing, consumer insights, and measurement/analytics are encouraged to apply.
This position is mostly on-site in Mishawaka, with remote flexibility on a needs-basis.
Requirements
- Adept at team collaboration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Take a leadership-based consultative approach and apply advanced planning skills to present marketing ideas, raise logistical considerations, and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
- 3-5 years of related experience
- In-depth understanding of the plumbing, HVAC, and/or electrical services industry
- Advanced investigative analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels in the B2C & B2C sectors
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence
- Ability to foster trusting and collaborative relationships with operators, colleagues, and vendors
