Brand & Marketing Assistant - Mod Bikes

Summary
MOD BIKES is a rapidly growing electric bike brand with a mission to MOD-ify the way people move. We design and sell our full line of electric bikes to riders around the world online, through dealers and from our headquarters in Austin, TX.
What we are looking for:
MOD BIKES is seeking a creative and results driven individual to assist our marketing efforts and help grow our brand. In this role, you will assist our Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and product positioning (online and offline), ensuring that we resonate with current and potential customers.
Duties
Primary Responsibilities:
? Understand the brand, brand voice, and products, including on a technical level
? Assist in creating action plans/road maps to elevate our brand and product positioning in the market
? Develop marketing initiatives so they comply with our overall brand strategy, attending meetings with our marketing agency making sure they are keeping with our vision
? Analyze customer feedback and the competitive landscape to recommend product improvements and marketing initiatives
? Plan marketing events to promote the company and products
? Create marketing presentations
? Draft up marketing materials for monthly newsletters and B2B meetings
? Assist with running social media accounts and interacting with customers through social media platforms
Requirements
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A keen eye for detail, design, and layout
• Solid knowledge of analytic tools
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
• 1 years experience in Marketing related field
• Skills in graphic design, copywriting, video shooting & video editing, videography, photography, and photoshoot management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BS degree in Marketing or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in content creation or video editing.

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with Asana, Slack, Shopify, Zendesk, Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, creative direction experience, experience working with a large brand
