Recruitment Coordinator

Insight Global is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for the recruitment process, including the development of job descriptions, interviewing, and sourcing candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure that all new hires are aligned with company values and ready to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring process from start to finish – interview, source, reference checks, training, and onboarding
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with candidates by responding quickly to requests for information and following up on missed opportunities
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that all new hires are aligned with company values and ready to succeed
• Develop job descriptions and conduct interviews to fill open positions
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase the size and strength of our team
• Maintain a detailed record of recruiting efforts including but not limited to hiring reports, performance reviews, etc.
• Ensure all new hires are set up for success by following up with new hires and ensuring they have all necessary documents (i.e., W-2s, pay stubs, references, etc.)
• Work closely with Human Resources to ensure that all new hires are set up for success
• Conduct orientation trainings for new hires as well as on-boarding events as needed

Experience & Education

• Strong knowledge of recruiting preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Previous experience in human resources or related field preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Houston, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
