About The Role

We’re excited to be adding a Recruiting Manager to our Recruiting & Onboarding team to drive full-life cycle recruitment programs across all divisions at Quadrant. In particular, this role will work directly with teams to source, interview, and ultimately hire top talent at every level in the organization. Recruiters at Quadrant play a strategic advisory role and impact the firm in myriad ways beyond just bringing talent into the organization.

Success in this role requires an understanding of the roles it’s recruiting for, including but not limited to market researchers, consultants, research operations specialists, and firm operations professionals (finance, legal, etc.). This role will also create an overly positive candidate experience - ensuring all of our candidates receive timely communications and transparency through their interactions at Quadrant. In addition to block and tackle recruiting, this role will work alongside the recruiting director to shape recruiting strategies used throughout the firm, have influence over high level decisions within the team, and advise on our most impactful recruiting programs.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, we expect that this role will be responsible for owning the following:

• Proactively build deep pipelines of qualified candidates, leveraging sourcing techniques, managing relationships with agency partners, and monitoring in-bound applications
• Deliver an exceptional offer and onboarding experience to candidates who have received offers as we bring them from candidate to coworker
• Other tasks as needed
• Support other strategic initiatives as directed from firm leadership
• Advise on strategic initiatives within the recruiting and onboarding space, including on-campus recruiting, analysis of recruitment data, broader DEIB initiatives at Quadrant and others as they arise
• Interview candidates for mid-level and senior level roles across Quadrant’s divisions, with the bulk of roles having a focus on research operations & firm operations roles, averaging 4-8 roles at a time
• Consult with hiring managers to scope new roles, shape interview processes, and inform hiring decisions

• 5+ years managing full-life cycle recruitment processes in a high-growth environment
• Excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple complex tasks with competing priorities simultaneously
• Driven by improving processes and leading change
• Proven experience building new processes and socializing them
• Experience managing and working within application tracking systems (Greenhouse is preferred but not necessary)
