We are a business to business support service for independent mental healthcare practitioners, which helps providers service a growing client base. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of sourcing leads, marketing, billing and collecting payments from patients and insurers. We have grown to support over 850 mental healthcare providers since we opened in 2011.

The Office Manager is a critical role of the management team and will support in driving the growth of our service locations by supervising the performance of their assigned location(s), provider/client relations, staff, and facilities management.

Requirements

As an Office Manager at Mindful Therapy Group, you will: We hire managers who: Qualifications/Experience

• Experience supervising, training and mentoring staff
• Oversee facility needs and liaise with property management as needed
• Professionally communicate in a variety of contexts
• Are energized by cultivating cohesive teams
• This role requires travel to Seattle for extended trainings
• Background check required
• Provide inclusive and equitable training and support to your team
• Show a growth-mindset and are able to learn from setbacks
• At least 2 years of fast-paced management experience (restaurants, retail, healthcare, etc.)
• Provide next level practice management, technology troubleshooting, risk management, and overall satisfaction with our services to a cohort of Mental Health Providers
• Offer support to escalated clients and providers, taking on more complicated situations from our staff of front desk administrators
• Collaborate with the Office Manager Team to drive the profitability, culture, and work environment for providers and staff
• Take ownership of their work and the work of the teams they lead
• Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively with management, staff, and clients
• Are comfortable with healthy-conflict and boundary setting
• Share in interviewing and hiring new employees alongside the Hiring Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Provide visible day-to-day leadership and management of your team of front desk administrators with a focus of team cultivation and career pathing

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000-65,000.00 per year with opportunity for advancement with tenure and performance.
