Remote Recruiting Specialist

We are looking for Virtual/ 100% Remote, 1099 Recruiters (Recruitment Consultants) to join our growing recruiter network!

What we offer:

• Flexible schedule, no fixed hours, no required work hours mandated.

• Average payout is between $2,500 - $5,000 + per placement.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Knowledge of Boolean search strings or other recruitment search strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Career Builder, etc.
• Organized in a deadline-driven environment.
