General Summary Of Position
- Sends out offer letters to new hires.
- Extensive use of Cornerstone Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to review, update, and maintain applicant data.
- Reviews job applications and resumes to support the Talent Acquisition Partners, as needed.
- Manages job board postings, run, and distribute activity reports.
- Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.
- Schedules phone screens and interviews for Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Uses Microsoft Excel to track reports and activities.
- Provides backup support to the Talent and Technology Coordinator, as needed.
- Updates and maintains career fair event calendar via Microsoft Teams and Word.
- Attends occasional onsite job fairs and events in the local Maryland, Washington DC, and northern Virginia areas.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Less than 1 year of related experience in human resources, administrative work, or customer service preferred. preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and computer skills required. Must have high level of confidentiality. Experience using the Microsoft 365 suite preferred.
